Why not invest in a Chinese rice cooker? They are difficult to burn rice.
Or just buy a Vista Madras frozen curry with rice and set the defrost time to about 4 min on medium.
Or better still get your own Madhur Jaffrey to cook it for you herself.
She is a wonderful cook but no longer one of the best looking ladies.
