About to rip down the old ceiling as it's made of strange foam board stuff which is sagging and has what looks like about 10mm 1960's rockwool up there.
Intending to add 100mm pir board between the joists, the room is 4.0m wide by 3.6m deep ceiling joists run front to rear ie 3.6m.
Any science on how i calculate quantity of boards looks like joists are 400 centers thanks.
