Can you identify this antique C/H boiler?

There are no markings, other than serial numbers. The closest indication I have to an installation date is a servicing mark from 1977. Many of the parts are Honeywell (except the Grundfoss recirculation pump which seems more recent)

Does anyone know what Manufacturer/Model and any peculiarities/tips relating to this boiler? The unit is >30 years old, but still fully working: I am sure it is near its last breath of combustion though and likely fairly inefficient. Any other imperative to replacement that I should be aware of?

I have been to a similar boiler. Not an exact match but boiler made by Worcester. I serviced it (cleaned burners, HE etc and carried out flue tests). Works like a charm. Have pictures
