Multi-wall polycarb? Or corrugated? Pros and cons? Or is there something else?

It will only be visible from underneath.

TIA

Poly is more expensive but it will not blow of in a strong wind, the other stuff goes brittle after a few years

thanks

this is quite a windy (coastal) area.

do you know if the weight, and timber frame required, are similar? I might occasionally have to climb up (on boards) to maintain the flashing or gutters above

It does not take much to support the poly but on a windy day it could pull the structure up if not built well, plus I don't know how fat you are

If you go for the poly make sure you use the breather tape to stop the bugs getting in and other things.

John ring my poly suppliers 0121 311 2666 for a price they deliver I just did the whole side of my house in 25mm opal poly looks mint. Tell them u my friend (matt) of Mw Roofline and u should get a good discount ;)
