Cat 6 Cable : FTP vs UTP

Hi,

Is there any benefit in going for FTP over UTP for a home installation? I don't think that any of my runs will be over 30m.

Also, can anyone recommend a supplier near London that I can collect from?

UTP will be fine for a domestic install as it is more flexible and there should not be any major interference.
