one of my central heating does not heat up prpoley? all teh other heat up well, i got all the air out of the sytem but still have no luck? can any one help

maybe your radiator valves are blocked at this rad. try turning them off +on and banging them gently with a small hammer, check the plastic covers are actually turning the valve spindles..
