citroen relay whining noise

help i have a citroen relay van when i go over about twenty miles an hour it starts to make a whining noise from the drivers side wheel. The faster i go the worse the noise any ideas

I don't know how many miles your van has done, but the whining could be from a worn wheel bearing, or from a dragging brake pad.
