Bit of a long shot but does anyone know how to lock a cockspur window handle which has a slot and a pin (i.e. not a normal key lock)? They are like this: http://www.handlesandhinges.co.uk/co...ndle-in-white/

I'm guessing there is some sort of key, but we weren't left any when we got the house. I can push the pin in with a screwdriver but as soon as i take it out, then pin releases.

Be greatly appreciated if anyone has any ideas!

Thanks.

Thanks for the help. Although, should have said, hoping there is a way of locking them without a key as we have a youngster coming to stay at short notice and worried about them climbing out the window but don't have time to order a key.

Lol these locks are so crued you could probably do it with a hair grip
