I have a 6 yr old Ravenheat 820/20 which has a strange problem. The central heating is fantastic (close loop) with scalding hot radiators. However my thermostatic shower is unreliable. In the summer, when the central heating is OFF its fantastic. Lots of constant hot water, but in the Winter when the central heating is on the shower (and hot water taps) goes from hot to warm to tepid (not ofter cold). The boiler seems to cut out when supplying hot water and then comes back on. There is only me in the bungalow so its not others turning on taps, etc.
I thought it maybe the supply to my bungalow which was replaced 18 mths ago because of a noisy cut off valve (honest, it kept me awake at night !). I noticed that it was only a 15mm supply to the property and queried this but they said that was the norm. I do have fairly low water pressure.
Any ideas please ?
