Combi boiler running hot and cold

Hi,

We have a Baxi combi boiler and it had a water leak which is apparantly quite common for Baxi's. I noticed the leak as the water was running hot and then cold (both from shower and when running taps).

I had the water leak fixed, but the water is still intermittently running hot and cold after about 4-5 minutes.

I guess there's a further problem.

This happens whether the central heating is on or not.

Didn't the muppet who repaired the leak both identify this other problem and offer to fix it???

Its most likely a blocked plate HE !!!
