Comissioning vitodens 050

Hi,just installed a vitodens 050
I forgot to purge the gas line first and not sure whether that affected it but it would not complete the flue gas test see error codes.
Purged the pipes but now it’s telling me “test already done “ and then when I try to re commission it throws up same error.
Looks like I need to factory reset boiler but can’t seem to find that, on the app or boiler, the pump is running continuously as well.
First one of these for me , can you tell
Any advice would be great Viessmann closed today

I may be (probably am) wrong, but this seems the sort of question that shoule be in the Combustion Chamber rather than the open forum.

Sorted by excellent Viessmann engineer who came out next day and changed the faulty fan
