condensation in sealed units

My 12yr old windows consist of hardwood frames with sealed double glazed units. Frames are ok but many sealed units now have condensation between the glass sheets

Does anyone know of a method of correcting this other than replacing all the units concerned.

the seal has "gone" so unless g'tee is still valid..... so dont think there is much you can do
