connecting hep2o to speedfit

Use a compression fitting with correct inserts in each end of the pipe.

Thanks I'd prefer not to use compression as there is a good chance of the pipe getting knocked were it is. Any thing else that can be done?

You can use a speedfit or hep2o fitting but there will be no come back if it blows off. A compression fitting won't leak if done properly.

Thanks so I could use a hep2o fitting but would I need a speedfit liner in the speedfit pipe? If using a hep2o fitting

If you want to do it as per manufacturers instructions and be covered by Hep2o and Speedfit warranty use a compression fitting with a Hep2o insert in the Hep2o pipe and a Speedfit insert in the Speedfit pipe.
If you aren't bothered about warranty, do as you suggest above, but if it fails you will be on your own.
