conseratory internal woodwork

Advice needed please.
How do I update the woodwork/ cills in our conservatory from varnished and dark to modern and bright. Do I replace the cills or is there a suitable paint in white that will withstand the heat.build up.

Plastic centre will sell new uPVC coated sills which is low maintenance.
Or.
Zinsser BIN what you have and undercoat then paint with a good white satin.
Aqua guard or scuff-x for example.

You could also cap what you have as a cheap alternative. Plastic centre will sell
