Conservatory

So we have moved into a house with a conservatory and they have placed the conservatory over a drain that’s from the guttering on the roof so it’s a rainwater drain, so the pipe feeds into the cavity wall of the conservatory, the conservatory is wooden and is falling to bits. Do we replace with a new one? could we move the drain over? We are clueless any ideas of what we should do
