Need some advice here guys, my Daughter needs her old patio removed and a new one put down. Approx area is 14 square metres, all they want is cheap standard slabs putting down, they realise the job is labour intensive which will require the old slabs removed and the remaining ground made good before the new slabs go down. What she needs is a ball park figure for doing the job. Can anyone give a rough price for this work please?
Thanks.

Budget job would be in the region of £40 a sq/m. As its a small area add a little extra. Probably £700+. However This is a very bad time of year to try and get someone for work that like. Any landscaper will be very busy now in peak season doing their most profitable work and therefore the price may go up to reflect this.

Be very wary of someone who is available immediately.

Oh and if your within the M25 double that.
