Hi - grateful for some advice please
My walls were recently skimmed over before decorating (May 09) - I bought the property in April and there was no signs of damp - now the internal wall - which has a window in it, is wet and has mildew coming in.
Can you advice how I can successfully treat & cure it without bringing in specialists. I've got a good multitrader who I think given proper instructions would be able to carry out necessary works.
