Dark Marks on Paintwork on Walls

Hi. The wall in the photo was painted about 6 years ago. After about 2 years the dark stripes (circled) appeared. They appear to be where the plastboards join each other.


I'm planning on repainting but does anyone know if there is a way to stop these marks coming back. Without any plaster work preferably.

Just paint over.
Just the filler pulling moisture I guess.
You could apply coverstain to entire wall prior to painting to try stop it happening again, but not sure it's worth it
