Diplomat 8352 Lights Flashing

I have a problem with this model of dishwasher I have cleaned out the basin at the bottom ensured all is dry, tried many times to reset the programme by switching on & pressing the program button the mentioned 4 times but still can't get the lights 1 & 5 to light up, just goes through the program sequence then when I try a program I still get the first 3 lights flashing. Is there another way to reset the program

Now all the program lights stay on & it does not fill up or drain, any ideas anyone
