anyone help i had my hotpoint for few years and browny gunk is buildin up around rubber seal were water lays even though i wipe every time, anyway how do i clean this out ?

You can't, replace door seal make sure you do boil washes in future with White vinegar.

what do u mean boil washes? also wont white vinger make my clothes smell like a chippy

There's a prog called White cotton 95 degrees , use 1 pint of White vinegar not brown on a 95 prog no clothes no powder once a month at least to clean it out , but yours is too far gone. Pull the door seal back at the bottom and see the sludge on the inner drum.
