Dishwasher waste pipe

The dishwasher i am installing is about 3 metres away from nearest trap (wash m/c stand pipe) and no where near to an ext. wall.

-Is it ok to run waste pipe this far? (think i can get a slight fall if i run behind cupboards)

-Can you get an extension? or should i just run 1 1/2" pipe behind cupboards and fall it away, into a tee on stand pipe? (making a connection from d/w to the start of the 1 1/2" pipe)

-Is it ok to tee into stand pipe?

I would drop it into a stand pipe, then run the pipe behind cupboards, putting the fall on it. (This is how I have done mine, still working 18mths later)

just wondered, did you use an extension, and if so how long can you get them..
