Thanks for your opinions.
I've found a 300mm lens and here are some close ups.
I'm now thinking that a repair will be OK, but the side roof needs most attention.

the tiles are delamenating and will you will need a new roof sooner rather than later.

i wouldn't bother trying to repair it either as you will end up with more broken than you are repairing.
