Should I be fitting this door on top of a normal uPVC cill? It's a low threshold door but the arrangement at the bottom is not something I'm familiar with and seems to have a bit of cill built in. Thanks.

Up to you really... thats just a Low Ali Threshold , commonly referred to as a Wheelchair threshold
 
Thanks. I picked it up a a cheap miss-measure and wasn't to sure.
 
If you were to sit it on a stone cill then make sure its absolutely dust free and use copious amounts of silicone, ideally a clear polymer based sealer like 'fix all'
