Double or Triple glaze in south facing

Question.

Looking to fit new windows (4) in the front of the house. Size around 2m*1.5m.
I am looking for some 90mm insulated frames but I have big doubts whether to go double or triple glaze. The double glaze + frame would come around 1.2 U value and 1.0 for triple.
The front house is South Facing and the cost different is around 500eur.
