If Im using downlights to highlight pictures do I need anti glare items? Also would a 20 degree or adjustment be enough. There is another company that Im looking at that does 35 degree adjustment.

Why not use anti glare/flare glass to frame your pics then you do not need to worry.
 
I guess. I really meant glare from actually looking at the lamp units though!
