DPC/DPM for new Garden Room Floor

I have recently had a 6.2m X 5.2m garden installed on a 200mm high reinforced concrete ring beam. I am due to commence the internal floor which will consist of 100mm rigid insulation with joists and chipboard top layer. I will need to lay a DPC/DPM over the internal space and am wondering what grade to install.

Is someone able to advise?
