Hi, I am hoping to get a new shed/workshop to replace an old concrete garage. My current concrete base needs to be raised by few inches. i Will put steel mesh in but question is do I put DPM (no idea if old Base has DPM). If so do I simply lay DPM over existing base and then put new concrete on top? Thanks
