Drain - where should this be going?

Hi,
I'm in a semi detached. There are aco drains right in front of my house and the neighbour's. Photo attached. Where should these be draining to? I can't see any holes suggesting the water is leaving these pipes anywhere! I'm baffled.

Well, I can see 4 manholes. Take off the covers and put a hose in the Aco, you will soon see which one it is draining into.

They might have just been put there for decoration, you might be the first person to notice an issue.
They should be draining to a soak away or falling that surface water drain IE same place as the other gutters, not the same place as the toilets and sinks.
Looking at that,I don't know why they installed the acos, a gulley for the down pipe would have been enough in that situation.
