Dripping Geberit 360 Cistern Inlet Valve

I would like to dismantle the valve and fit a new washer if there is one.

It looks very complicated. It does not drip after every flush it could perhaps be something sticking.

I am pretty sure it is a Geberit Impuls 360 GE 281 206 001 bottom inlet
