electric window on Peugot 406 not working

Please can anyone help me with this problem? The drivers side window will not operate. I have replaced the motor and the operator's panel. When I press the switch I can hear a relay click but nothing happens. The window on the runners are not sticking.

Are there any fuses for the window motors?
failing that it could be a stuck micro switch that senses the position at the top and / or bottom of it's travel.

fuses ok as motor ok and ther are no sensor top or bottom. Motor seem to use hall effect to revers motor.
