Electrics and Water proximity

I'd like to run some pipework from my garage to an outside tap at the other side of some double doors.
Without going into further details, the only route I have is through that wall half a brick to the right of where the power cable goes through, then up to the ceiling and across. I can't go through the wall any higher or lower due to a lower ceiling in the garage next door, and blocking a swing garage door.

Is there any issue running plumbing pipes that close to and above the incoming electricity and meter?

No as long as it does not leak, the 750 MW generators are water cooled, water runs through the wires of the stator.
