Epoxy resin?

Just wondering I was repairing a water feature (no fish just a sort of fountain)with epoxy, they give dire warnings about danger to aquatic life, dosen't matter in this case but would cured epoxy still harm fish or is it just in it's uncured state.
Glass fibre resin must be pretty much the same and they make ponds out of that!
Had a Google but all a bit vague really.

Cured epoxy same as cured GRP- not quite chemically inert but not far off. Its the unmixed ingredients you don't want floating about the place
