I HAVE VECTRA C 2005 PLATE 1.8 PETROL, AN ERROR CODE P0170 FUEL TRIM bank 1 MULFACTION.

what dies it mean and how do i sort this out

I have tried cleaning the oxygen sensor of the intake

Try cleaning your MAF sensor. Sounds like it is dirty or possibly faulty - but try cleaning it first.
