Hi, just fitted new windows in my house and I removed the expanding foam from the upvc before it was dry now has left brown marks on the upvc. Is there anything I can buy to remove the marks I have tried a few things but no joy. Hope someone can help with this problem as it drags the windows down.

use your nails. If there is lots you can very gently use a scraper.
Then rub with PVC solvent cleaner, Dont leave it on there too long or it will eat into the finish, Wipe it off with glass cleaner or some soapy water.

Solvent cleaner  , your assuming its white then :D

Seriously to the OP, DO NOT USE solvent cleaner on woodgrain pvc, only to be used on white.

As for advice I would use plenty of lube, mild soapy water and a plastic scraper, something like a glass/frame packer
