Hi all.
My house has that appalling sprayed-on texured waterproofing finish. Its been sprayed over EVERYTHING... downpipes, sills, walls, tiles, lead etc
Where they sprayed it over damp render, it has all fallen off, so I am left with this horrible large patch of missing coating, with the smooth render showing underneath.
What can I remove this stuff with? Where it has stuck.... its has stuck well.
I can't remove all the render - there is far too much of it.
I tried a blowtorch + scraper... nasty fumes! Just wondered if anyone had a better suggestion.
Failing a removal solution... I have cured the damp issue, so I could patch the missing textured area. What products will give me the really rough texture this stuff has so that it would match?
