A falcon fryer at our restaurant has stopped getting up to max temparature which should be 190 deg. it gets to 170 deg. and cuts out main burner, could this be a thermostat fault or summat else.

PS. the data plate is as usefull as a priest at an orgy, could'nt get anything from it, but it had NBE 003 on the front if that makes a difference.
