Hi, hope you can help,
I have a Baxi Duo tech HE which suffered over the winter with condensate pipe freezing. I was able to defrost and restart the boiler a couple of times over the winter and when i got the opportunity I replaced the condensate with a 32mm pipe
The boiler was e133 locked out for about a week prior to this, since doing the pipe I have tried resetting the boiler,
however not it does not light
previously it reset very easily with not issue the light confirming combustion coming on very quickly
But now the light does not come on.
The boiler goes through its attempts to light as described in the manual (5 attempts i think)
I can hear the clicking of the boiler trying to light (i think this is the start solenoid pack thing rather then the actual spark units)
but still the boiler fails to light
my initial though is that its a spark unit as the ignitor solenoid seems to be firing and the rest of the boiler seems to be functioning,
there is pressure and does not seem to be any gas issues anywhere else in the house
It would be rally helpful to get your thoughts on what it might before, before I get a plumber in as I have had some bad experiences with cowboys
the boiler is only a couple of years old and gets light use
