Ferroli 102 squealing when hot water running.

i have a Ferrolli 102 combo boiler and recently the boiler is squealing when the hot water is run on full, quiet when the taps aren't on full or when central heating is on.

If I switch off the boiler and run the taps it still makes the same noise so I am thinking it's not gas related?

Any suggestions?
