FERROLI DHW PROBLEMS

Hi, i have a ferroli f30 which is pushing out hot water at wildly various temperatures- the flow rate is constant but it goes from warm to pretty hot and back again making it very difficult to mix water without scolding the kids etc. good incoming cold presssure and fires up on demand ok.no other water usage at the time in the house when this occurs c/h side fine. would welcome any help before i get a professional in. Thanks
