Any suggestions guys?
I've been looking at a 38HE today. Despite the hot water been set on max it barely gets above 40 degrees.
The diverter valve is working correctly so I'm not losing heat that way.
I've had the secondary heat x out and it's clean as a whistle.
The heat input is correct.
The cold flow rate is around 12ltr per minute.
Additionally,sometimes when the customer runs the cold tap, the hot water fires. I was thinking cross flowing mixer taps maybe.
