FIFAS Electric Boiler

I was wondering if anyone else has one of these electric boilers as most reference to them has disapeared from the web.

Ours is working fine but I have been informed of possible problems .
We had ours installed by Ecolec Innovations but they seem to have vanished.

I wondered if anyone else has had problems and whether anyone knows if spares are still available.
