When starting our aquarius fdw60 on any programme, the cycle stops, and the eco & pre-wash lights flash. When consulting the manual these warning lights indicate a fault or blockage in the filter arrangement. I have removed the filters, cleaned and replaced them, but the same warning lights flash when operating on any of the cycles.
There appears to be some residue water in the reserviour below the filters, could this be the problem?
Are there any other suggestions to rectify the issue?

Yeah but cost of pump is about £80.00
