You'll need to trawl the web for this one really, they're a rare beast - fire rated timber windows, steel is more common! You'll need it to be non-opening, 1/2 hour rated, integrity only and compliant with part L.
For advice and possbile manufacturers give these people a ringo: http://www.bwf.org.uk/thebwf_contacts.html
and these: http://www.trada.co.uk/about/contact.html

These people do a timber one: http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?i...=1&hl=en&cr=countryUK|countryGB&safe=off&sa=N don't know if they can do it in oak, does it have to be oak?

Also look at Pilkington: http://www.pilkington.com/europe/uk.../product+brochures/fireprotection/default.htm

Just make sure you're sitting down when you finally get a quote! :D
