iam fitting new facia board on rear of house soon,there is no felt at the moment 1930,s property small tiles,think this was common thing??could i fit these 1.5m felt replacements at the same time?not sure how far back the first battons are,any ideas???? thanks peter

Pointless fitting eave trays if the roof is not felted.
I'm inclined to disagree because even though there is no felt (so not needed) the trays will stop driving rain getting in between the gutter and fascia stopping all that horrible staining down the fascia.
