Fitting Composite Door - What Sealants to Use?

I'm planning to fit a used composite door to a garden outbuilding at the weekend. I know how to fit the door however I have some questions around what sealants I should use.

Firstly, I'm anticipating a gap of ~10mm either side, though the brickwork isn't quite square. I plan to fit some cloak profile around the sides and top of the door perimeter. What should I use to stick this to the frame?

Secondly, what sealant(s) should I use between the cloak profile and the frame, once it's fitted, and also between the cloak profile and the brickwork either side?

Infill with fixing foam then trim can be stuck with either two part super glue or something like this.
