flame cuts out after 5 seconds on baxi combi 100he

does anybody know what is the problem with a baxi combi 100he boiler.
it goes to burner for 5 seconds and cuts out.This happens 3 time then
locks out.
Happens on hot water and central heating

Thought it may be the flame sensor
