Recently had a flat roof built ( loft conversion). We ve had some leaking and a roofer came to check and said the whole roof needs replacing. The roof is only 2 years old . Water is pooling in centre , well over the whole roof to be fair.
Is this a badly built roof? Any help appreciated I can't afford to replace it . I attach some pictures
