Hi all, looking for some advice. Been narrowing down a leak and I think it's linked to the flat roof. Managed to get some ladders to have a look. This area around the parapet (green on floorplan) looks suspect at the end where the felt (purple area on floorplan) meets the epdm roofs (red).
There some metallic flashing but it looks saturated in and around. I peeled it back and took a photo behind.
Water is leaking through mainly in the corner in the bedroom as on the floorplan with a small leak on the other side of the jutting out wall. None in the bathroom at all.
Anything I can do to tidy it up help prevent ingress?
