For some months there has been foot and mouth on the continent, so can't bring dairy products or cheese into UK. Screwed my plans for a booze/cheese cruise.
But in today's paper there's reference to lumpy skin disease in France and Italy, causing a ban on imports of unpasteurised cheese (pasteurised OK). Seemed to be mainly about bulk importers, rather than individuals. According to DEFRA the foot and mouth restrictions are still in place.
Anybody know what's going on?
