Some heater control valves are faulty, what part code is yours?
Have you checked the heater control panal (you need an osciloscope for this apparantly
) but these pack of meaning that the heater control valve is always shut hence no hot water gets into the matrix.
I've had nothing but trouble with my Fiesta, blew cold all the time, replaced the heater control valve and now only blows hot
